On Thursday September 5th, the Maroa-Forsyth Middle School took on Warrensburg-Latham in softball.

In the first inning the Trojans were winning with a score of 5 points with Warrensburg-Latham losing with 0 points. In the second inning the Trojans were still winning and Warrensburg-Latham still losing and no one has scored. In the second inning the score was still 5-0. In the third inning the Trojans were still winning with a score of 5-0 still. So far, the star player of the game Emily Morthland.Then in the fourth inning the Trojans scored 4 more points and Warrensburg-Latham still have zero points. Making the score 5-0. Then in the 5th inning Warrensburg-Latham scored one point and the Trojans still had 9 points. Making the score 9-1.Next in the 6th inning the Trojans still had 9 points then Warrensburg-Latham made 2 more points. Making the score 9-3. Lastly in the seventh inning the Trojans were winning with a score of 9 points and Warrensburg-Latham scored one more point but that one point didn’t make in for them to win . The final score throughout the whole game was 9-4 with the Trojans beating Warrensburg-Latham. The star player of the game was Emily Morthland. Ending Score 9-4.
