Due to schools being on an extended shut down due to COVID-19 we are working on collecting class requests for next year.
Incoming 6th Grade Students
Incoming 6th graders need to select if they would like to be in Band, Choir, Both, or neither. If students are in band, choir, or both they will not have a study hall. Incoming 6th grade students need to complete this form.
Incoming 7th and 8th Grade Students
Incoming 7th graders need to select if they would like to be in Band, Choir, both, or have a study hall. Next year's 8th graders need to do this section and also whether they would like to be Traditional PE or Physical Fitness PE. Incoming 7th and 8th graders need to complete this form.
